  • i ½ lbs. flank steak
  • ¼ loving cup depression sodium soy sauce
  • ¼ Balsamic or Italian dressing

  • two tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 tablespoons chili garlic sauce or ½ teaspoon red pepper flakes

  1. Stir together the marinade ingredients in a bowl or zipper way bag.  Place steak in purse or basin and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, no longer than 24 hours.
  2. When set to cook, remove steak to room temperature for about 3o minutes, discard marinade.
  3. Preheat air fryer to 400°F for 5 minutes.
  4. Spray the interior surface or grill insert with non stick oil spray.
  5. Cook one side of steak for 4 minutes. Flip over and cook for some other iii minutes and exam with meat thermometer.  Cook for additional minutes as needed. *

Notes
